Q: What type of flour do we use?

A: We use King Arthur Gluten-Free 1:1 Flour.

Q: Are you tree nut-free?
A: No, we are not. We use coconut oil and coconut milk in some of our recipes. Also, some of our ingredients are processed on the same equipment as tree nuts. Although they perform thorough cleaning between batches, we cannot guarantee that there is no risk of cross-contamination for tree nuts.

Q: What are your hours?
A: Tuesday-Saturday 10-6PM - Winter hours may differ, and our bakery will be closed any day the Marquette Schools are closed for snow days.

Q: Do you take special orders for events? 

A: Yes. We do have a minimum of $30 for special orders. Click here to contact us about placing an order.

Q: Do you sell gift cards?

A: Yes. We sell physical gift cards in our store and offer e-gift cards for those who cannot make it in to the store but want to send a gift to someone. To purchase an e-gift card, please click here.
